Why Us

Automation with a defined scope, testing and support

We start with a specific process and your existing tools. Data access, integrations and human approvals are defined before we build an initial scope.

We test the workflow, plan error handling and measure the gains before expanding the automation. Documentation and ongoing support help your team understand and develop the system.

To build or develop the tools behind these processes, explore our business platform development services.

Practical experience

We use agents and workflows in our own operations and apply that experience to client projects.

Our ERP connects budgets, planning, support and follow-ups. Each client’s processes are assessed separately: a tool that fits our agency does not automatically fit your business.

Human approvals

We agree permitted actions and approval steps with your team.

Controls depend on the consequences of an error. We define the logs, alerts and situations that need a person to take over.

Your tools as the starting point

We review your CRM, ERP and other software before proposing useful connections.

Available APIs, access permissions and data quality determine integration options. Some tools may require changes or a migration.

Gains to measure

We define metrics to compare the process before and after automation.

Time saved, errors and processing delays are observed within a specific scope. Running costs are considered before deciding whether to expand the system.

Defined data flows

Hosting, access and connected services are selected according to the project’s requirements.

We identify information sent to providers, processing locations and retention periods to check. Swiss hosting does not guarantee that all processing stays in Switzerland.

Who We Work With

Automation pays wherever volume meets repetition. These are the businesses where we prove it.

Different businesses, same physics: hours lost to manual work, errors born of re-typing, decisions starved of data.

Firms that bill by the mandate

Architects, engineers, lawyers, fiduciaries, consultants. We don't cut your billable hours. We recover the ones that slip: unrecorded time, real margin per mandate, faster invoicing.

Your questions about AI and automation

Which process should we automate first?

Start with a frequent, repetitive and reasonably stable task, such as entering data, routing an enquiry or preparing a document. We review the time spent, errors and tools involved to choose an initial scope. The pilot measures the actual benefit before the automation is extended.

What does automation cost, and which ongoing fees should we expect?

The cost depends on the process, the number of tools to connect, the data and the controls needed. Setup should be separated from ongoing costs, such as subscriptions, AI model usage, hosting and maintenance. We explain these items for the agreed scope before work begins.

How long does it take to set up an initial pilot?

A pilot focused on one simple process may be set up within a few weeks. Timing mainly depends on access to tools, data quality, integrations and the approvals needed. We also define the test period and the measures to track before drawing conclusions about the benefits.

Do we need a technical team on our side?

Not necessarily. We can handle the design and technical implementation. You will still need someone who understands the process, coordinates access and checks that it works as intended. Your IT team may need to be involved, depending on the systems, and we plan an appropriate introduction for users.

Will automation disrupt our day-to-day work?

We aim to limit change by starting with your existing tools and a focused scope. Depending on the project, configuration, testing and sometimes migration will still be needed. We plan these steps with your team and agree on how day-to-day work will continue during the transition.

How is data protected in an automation that uses AI?

Protection depends on the data involved, hosting and connected services. Before implementation, we define access permissions, which information is sent to models and the logging needed. We also review where providers process data and how long they retain it: hosting a tool in Switzerland does not mean every part of the processing stays there.

What happens if an automation fails or produces an error?

We assess possible errors and their consequences during design. Depending on the process, we plan alerts, execution logs, approval steps or a manual fallback. We define who should be notified and how support will work before the automation goes live.

What will our team’s role be after automation?

Your team remains involved in approvals, exceptions and decisions that require judgement. We define the automated tasks, human checks and responsibilities with you. The aim is to reduce repetitive work; how roles change depends on your organisation.

Which AI models and automation tools do you use?

We can use models such as Claude or GPT, tools such as n8n and custom development. The choice depends on the task, data, integrations and running costs. We explain which third-party services and subscriptions are needed, along with the options for handover or changing providers.
